You have to stop waiting on people.
You would eventually realize that you're better off alone. That you can focus on making yourself better because no one is stopping you. Not even yourself.
Because you are the same reason why you're grounded on the same place. You have made yourself believe that they will be back. Or that they will eventually see your worth and will come running back to you.
So you've kept your anchor lowered for so long that you stayed within the shore, because you thought that they will still sail with you.
But no. They have already set sail on a different current, far far away that you can no longer see them. That even on the horizon their images are no longer visible.
They are gone. And you have to start sailing too. Weigh your anchor, and let the waves carry your ship to its designated place. To where you truly belongs, and will eventually lead you to where the right people are.
Sail away. And leave everything behind. Sail and be free.
